SERVING
CENTRAL
FLORIDA!
PHOTO DIGITIZATION
A year ago, I decided to sift through boxes of photos that belonged to my parents & grandparents. I stumbled upon images I hadn't seen in years or never had viewed at all.
So many precious memories, but no backups of any of them.
Unfortunately, life is unpredictable and you can risk losing your beautiful photos in an instant. Whether it's simply misplacing them, a natural disaster, or a mere accident, physical media can quickly be ruined & leave you without your favorite recollections.
Don't take that risk -- getting your photos digitized and neatly organized can not only save you heartache, but save you the hassle of digging through boxes to find your high school yearbook headshots. When photographs are digitized, you can share crystal clear versions of your best eras with your loved ones, and of course, relish in the good days!
Learn how to get started below!
HOW IT WORKS

STEP ONE: CONSULTATION
We will connect via email, text, or phone call
to determine the following:
• The amount of photos you'd like digitized
• The dimensions of said photographs/documents
• How you'd like to store the final product
STEP TWO: PHOTO SHARING
Since this service is only offered locally at this time, we will meet at a public location for you to hand over the images/documents to scan.
This is to avoid precious memories getting lost through mail, as sometimes shipping isn't reliable.

STEP THREE: SCANNING
Depending on how many images you'd like scanned, the process can take up to a few weeks. That being said, I'll work diligently as possible to get those important memories back in your hands -- physically and digitally.
STEP FOUR: STORAGE
After discussing the preferred storage method, you will either receive a hard drive or access to a Google Drive, along with your original photos & documents.

BENEFITS OF DIGITIZING YOUR PHOTOS
If you're still unsure, let me share why digitizing your photos is an excellent investment.
PEACE OF MIND
When it comes to unforeseeable situations, your photos could end up lost, destroyed by the elements (waterlogged, fire, mold, faded over time), or even stolen. When your images are backed up and digitized, you have assurance that your memories will always be nearby -- physically and digitally.
PRESERVED FOR YOUR FAMILY
When it comes to your current or future family, it's always exciting to share photos from the past. It's also a great way to see how far you've come, where you've traveled, and what you've accomplished. Make sure you don't miss out on preserving these memories so you can share with everyone for decades to come. (Also, you never know when one of your young ones will need a photo for their family tree project!)
ABILITY TO SHARE WITH EASE
Imagine being able to share a crystal clear image to Facebook from your wedding day, since you now have a digital archive. All your photos are available at your fingertips and ready to be pulled from. It's a great way to relive memories with those closest to you, and ensure you have everything in one place.
HIGH QUALITY & READY FOR DISTRIBUTION
With only one copy of a photograph, it can be hard to share with multiple members of your family. Since a physical version can only be in one place at one time, allocation becomes difficult. Of course, you could take a photo of it with your phone. However, scanning ensures you have a high quality image that can be sent via email/text to an unlimited amount of people.
EASILY ACCESSIBLE
Instead of having to sort through boxes or deal with the hassle of going into the attic, your photos will now be available on your phone and/or computer. Easy to view, easy to access

ABOUT ME
I've been an avid photo collector since I was a child (and still am)! I understand how fleeting memories can be, and have always found photographs magical -- they freeze a moment in time forever, so you'll never forget it. I find this to be one of the most beautiful little parts of life.
That being said, I pride myself on being the "historian" of my family -- gathering, scanning, and storing every photo, newspaper clipping, and whatever else I can get my hands on so it'll be around for years to come. It's a duty I not only find important, but so rewarding.
Every photo is scanned by hand, with love. I believe in upholding the integrity of every image, checking the quality of every scan to ensure it's 100% up to par.
To this day I've scanned over thousands of photos and documents and thoroughly enjoy the process. There's something I find so exciting about creating a digital library from scratch and being able to share these past moments with my friends and family.
If you're ready to convert your physical images to digital ones, please feel free to reach out! I'd love to help.

WHAT IS THE "TRAVEL FEE"?
Why do we only serve Central Florida? We don't want you to risk shipping your items and having the potential of them getting lost in the mail. We understand how devastating it would be to lose these precious memories and want to completely avoid that. When you choose to work with us, we will drive to the nearest public location closest to you. Due to this, a flat $10 travel fee is required for these services. However, depending on how many photos you have, this also avoids heavy shipping costs + tracking fees. Win-win!
REMINDERS
At this time, I'm only offering photo digitization and scanning services in the Central Florida area. If you'd like to receive future updates when this changes, please reach out to me here.
We can only accept photographs, documents, and any other flat items that range from 1" by 1" up to 8" by 12".
